Elite Dancers Academy
Following the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) graded syllabi. Students move up through each level from Primary to Grade 8 entering the prestigious and world recognised ballet examinations and gain a certificate and medal for their achievement.

Good Life Yoga
Alex started Good Life Yoga in 2013 in order to share my passion for yoga with people who need some balance in their busy lives. It is her secret weapon against stress, anxiety and aging! Keeping strong and flexible in mind and body is proven to help us live longer and more fulfilling lives. In Alex’s practice and classes she brings a fresh thought to each session – to find curiosity and genuine interest in what is happening in our minds and bodies on the mat.

Pilates By Nadiya
Nadiya began her Pilates journey many years ago after discovering how quickly Pilates made an improvement to her back, posture and body. From that moment on, she was inspired to teach Pilates and is a certified Body Control Pilates Teacher and a Member of The Body Control Association.
Nadiya specialises in adapting her teaching of Pilates to suit the particular circumstances of the individual so they can reconnect with their body to get that feel good feeling.

The Pole Studio
Our beginner classes will introduce you to the basics of Pole Fitness including transitions, floor work, spins and basic tricks. The aim of our beginners classes is to build your confidence on and around the pole.
Once you reach our Intermediate stage, you will be stronger and fitter, so you will be learning more challenging moves, spins, inverts, holds and combinations. If you are coming from another school, to book onto our Intermediate classes, you must be able to do basic spins, pole stand/sit and basic invert.
Our Advanced classes incorporate harder tricks, inverts, spins, holds and combinations. The moves in this level require greater strength than the previous levels and can take long periods of time to perfect. However, once you have reached Advanced you will be mastering moves you never thought possible! If you are coming from another school, to book onto our Advanced classes, you must be able to invert confidently, outside and inside leg hang and be working on Shouldermount.

Circle Dancing
Caroline is an experienced teacher with a gentle touch, you will learn the steps and be introduced to dances old and new, from near and far. Just bring a drink and snack for the break and you will have chance to get to know the other members of our community whilst being active too.
